A credit is used only when a new full analysis report is generated successfully. A failure, timeout, blocked target, or insufficient evidence does not use a credit. Opening an existing report does not use a credit.

Automatic analysis uses the scan evidence. Code examples are suggestions; the rule score is unchanged. No human review is included.

Request a full refund within 14 days of payment if the purchased pack is entirely unused. Once a report has been delivered using credits from that pack, no voluntary refund is offered for the remaining credits.
