A credit is used only when a new full analysis report is generated successfully. A failure, timeout, blocked target, or insufficient evidence does not use a credit. Opening an existing report does not use a credit.
Automatic analysis uses the scan evidence. Code examples are suggestions; the rule score is unchanged. No human review is included.
Request a full refund within 14 days of payment if the purchased pack is entirely unused. Once a report has been delivered using credits from that pack, no voluntary refund is offered for the remaining credits. Billing errors, missing credits, undelivered services, and applicable statutory rights are handled separately. See the refund policy
